Will my subscription automatically renew? Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, your subscription will renew automatically if you do not cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime. To do so, go to the Settings page and locate the Subscription section. From there, click on the "See plan" option, then click on the "Downgrade" button for the Pro plan.
How can I solve payment error?
There are multiple reasons for payment errors. Firstly, please use a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Debit cards or AMEX cause errors. Secondly, make sure you have sufficient balance and that your credit card is open for international online payments.
Can I add more minutes if I use all my minutes before my subscription renews?
Yes, if you need more minutes, you can upgrade your subscription. To do that, go to the Settings page and click on the Upgrade button in the Subscription section. Then, click on the Upgrade button of the Pro plan. You can also purchase a subscription if you have a monthly plan. Each customer is expected to have at most one active subscription at any time.
What is RIPPER?
RIPPER is AI bred through and through, from analysis of workflows, legacy systems from web based enterprise, APIs, Microsoft Office, Zapier and other platforms. RIPPER automation runs so you can automatically operate and instruct actions from YBL.AI to an external/connected software such as Xplan or Redtail.
